New Senior Team

Fifty Digital Announce New Senior Hires and Leadership Structure

Fifty Digital, the multi-award winning digital and social agency in sponsorship and sport, is pleased to announce a number of new hires within the business and a newly formed leadership team.

Marcus Keith joined Fifty Digital in mid-2020 and has since been appointed to the role of Managing Partner, Client Engagement and Growth. Marcus was previously Head of Client Engagement at VMLY&R and Client Services Director at R/GA and will work across new business and agency growth with a focus on expanding agency services across the business.

Recently joining as Global Business Director is Juyong Kim, formerly a Business Director at Publicis•Poke and most recently, the Publicis Groupe in Amsterdam where he led the Heineken Global social brand activity across Formula 1 and Formula E, as well as UEFA and World Rugby. Juyong will lead the Client Engagement team with a key focus on a number of clients, existing and new, and will bring a wealth of experience to the team.

Sophie Mindell will continue to lead the Client Strategy and Innovation offering within Fifty Digital, looking at how they can remain at the forefront of trends, behaviours and new social media best practices. Having established herself as a key driver of the business since joining in mid-2019, Sophie will work with Marcus and Juyong as part of the hugely talented leadership team.

The senior team will also be further bolstered by a newly hired Creative Director (soon to be announced), forming an exciting pillar at the forefront of the business.

Co-Founders James Campbell and Nick Jackman will continue to lead the business with all of the above reporting directly into them.

Over the last 12 months the business has seen an increasing demand for its services leading to a 50% increase in staff. To achieve this during such a challenging period due to the Covid-19 pandemic is a very encouraging sign for the agency’s future.

These new hires and bolstered leadership team mean the business is now well set to continue to grow and deliver award winning work for their enviable global client list.

James Campbell, Co-Founder of Fifty Digital, said: “In the first half of last year, we approached the start of the pandemic with caution, but I don’t think we could have foreseen where we’d be 12 months on from then. The way the current team has coped with remote working, the challenges faced with these unprecedented times and still being able to deliver award winning work for our clients, is testament to them. The new hires have bolstered this further with hugely promising signs for the future.”

Nick Jackman, Co-Founder of Fifty Digital, said: “It’s strange to think that we still haven’t met (in person) a lot of our new hires, such is the way of the world at the moment. But we are looking forward to a new normal with more flexibility and hopefully a greater balance. We feel the team is the best in the business with exceptional talent across the board. To win the pitches and new work we have done in recent times is testament to that and long may it continue. Our new leadership structure will bring experience, talent and drive together to go on to achieve great things.”
